The position will be responsible for ITO&BPO business development and key account management. He/she reports Division VP and will work very closely with customers to provide satisfactory services and outstanding outsourcing solutions. The general responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Manage all aspects of the sales process and contribute to business strategy and revenue 2. Develop and maintain good relationship with various clients' product/project groups 3. Communicate with internal departments for on-time services delivery under premium quality control 4. Assist Division VP/GM to drive and handle overall business development activities 5. Build strong collaborative relationships with peers to provide professional solutions and services to customers Qualifications: 1. BS degree or above, with major in computer science, marketing or business development related area a plus. 2. Solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project Programs. 3. Good understanding of outsourcing industry with 3+ years of hands-on sales/account management experiences. 4. Knowledge of contractual procedures to affirm elements for implementation 5. Excellent business sense and creative thinking with teamwork spirit 6. Profound existing connections with major company's product/project groups a big plus 7. Professional image and customer oriented with native English oral and written communication skills. 8. Great relationships and credibility within all levels of target customers 9.
