What You'll Do: 

• Support the Memory Care unit at Charlestown Place by planning and leading engaging daily activities
• Promote residents’ social interactions, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being through meaningful programming
• Enhance residents’ emotional and mental health by fostering a sense of purpose and belonging
• Use creativity and compassion to make a lasting impact on residents’ quality of life

What You'll need: 

• Must be 18 years or older
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Memory care experience preferred, but not required
