Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and delivering excellent customer service. The bartender should have strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take drink and food orders in a friendly and efficient manner
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain knowledge of bar menu items, specials, and promotions
• Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Manage cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized (including glassware, garnishes, and supplies)
• Monitor and manage guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and supply ordering as needed
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of mixology, beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (cases of liquor, beer kegs, etc.)
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
