Job Description

Piper Companies is seeking a clinical research coordinator for work in a large health system in Philadelphia, PA . The clinical research coordinator (CRC) will support multiple therapeutic areas across a range of studies.

Responsibilities of Clinical Research Coordinator:
• Responsible for patient recruitment, screening and enrollment as well as interacting with both principal investigators and patients on a regular basis
• Managing multiple ongoing clinical trials at once in a variety of therapeutic areas
• Spend 2-5 days a week in the clinic with the principal investigators and patients to oversee entire recruitment and enrollment process
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including facilitating meetings and training all involved on protocols and processes

Technical Requirements of Clinical Research Coordinator:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with clinical research studies
• Hands on experience with multiple EDC and EMR systems
• Relevant experience handling multiple ongoing trials at once
• Experience reviewing and managing patient consent documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits of Clinical Research Coordinator:

• Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 based on experience upon conversion; $29-33/hr on contract
