We’re looking for enthusiastic Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team and help support high-impact nonprofit causes through face-to-face community engagement .
In this entry-level role , you'll represent respected nonprofit organizations at public events, raising awareness and inspiring action on causes that truly matter. Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public spaces
Engage in one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage donations or support
Clearly communicate each organization's mission, values, and goals
Collaborate with team members to meet daily outreach and fundraising targets
Assist with event logistics , including setting up displays and branded materials
Track community interactions and collect feedback for campaign improvement
Participate in ongoing training in advocacy, communication, and leadership
Strong verbal communication and people skills
Passion for social impact, nonprofits, and community service
Outgoing, friendly, and professional in public settings
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Works well both independently and in a team environment
High school diploma or GED required ( college coursework is a plus )
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
