We are seeking Corporate & Business Travel Specialists to assist organizations with their travel needs. You’ll coordinate flights, accommodations, rental cars, and conference logistics while ensuring a smooth travel experience for business clients.
This role requires detail-oriented individuals with excellent time management skills. You’ll work remotely while building long-term relationships with corporate accounts.
Responsibilities:
Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business travelers
Manage conference and event accommodations
Track expenses and provide cost-effective travel solutions
Maintain relationships with vendors and corporate clients
Provide support for last-minute changes or emergencies
Stay updated on corporate travel policies and trends
Qualifications:
Must reside in USA, UK, Latin America, Australia, or Mexico
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with travel booking systems and digital tools
Previous business travel or sales experience preferred
