What You’ll Do:
Screen and evaluate gynecologic identifying potential malignant or abnormal conditions.
Manage both liquid-based and conventional cytology slides with precision and expertise.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results, maintaining full compliance with CLIA and lab guidelines.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy environment , where change is embraced, and innovation is key.
Play an essential role in backing up cytology processing and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.
About You:
You’re a Cytotechnologist who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is driven by excellence. You have:
ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT) certification (required)
1-3 years of cytology experience (preferred)
A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience with automated and non-automated testing methods and familiarity with LIS systems is a plus.
A passion for maintaining absolute integrity in your work and consistently meeting high standards .
