Job Description

• Work on the analysis and implementation of OTC processes on the Distributor side/Top Clients; leadership in standardization and implementation of OTC guidebook in the Partner assessment process/Partner requirements/To the client; support and implementation in matters of joint forecasting and ensuring the availability of goods in customer storefronts. Development and implementation of templates and tools for joint forecasting for each TOP client
• Hold daily/ weekly/monthly meetings, both inside PepsiCo and on the side of distributors/ Top customers, on sales, inquiries, supply, customer service in order to: a. ensure the planned accuracy of sales forecasting, implementation, decision–making; b. Reduce the risks of loss of service through timely communication with a client and the definition of quotas for products
• Assistance in managing the process of achieving planned service level indicators, both within PepsiCo and on the Distributor's side, by assessing service losses, identifying root causes, coordinating with responsible departments, participating in the creation and approval of a corrective action plan, tracking progress and promptly responding to risks of violations of planned indicators.
• Introduction of root causes of loss of service in the BU-system and all necessary reporting.
• Return process. Work with planned refunds/refusals of NKA clients. Analysis of the correctness of the reasons, minimizing the impact on the SL and cost of Logistics
• Use store-by-store analysis to drive on-shelf availability (OSA) across PepsiCo categories to minimize missed sales
• Development and implementation of tools/templates for working with Promo and Demand volumes 

• Higher education, preferably in management/Economics field;
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Big Data Analysis, analytics
• MS Office confident user, preferably in 1C
• Fluency in Georgian and English languages
• Strong analytical skills
