Role Overview

Imagine working independently to mend and streamline state-of-the-art packaging and processing systems. Your mission? To handle machine disruptions, delve into advanced troubleshooting of cutting-edge equipment, and address root issues ensuring seamless operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead installation and sustenance of comprehensive electrical controls within our manufacturing domain.
• Pioneer troubleshooting expertise with Allen Bradley components, mastering PLCs using Logix 5000, SLC 500, and more.
• Regularly interact with industry-standard controls, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and an array of system setups like weighing and temperature control systems.
• Champion repairs on systems ranging from 120/208 volts to 480 volts, with some exposure to high-voltage environments like 13,800 volts.

Essential Skills:

• Highly adept in collaborative settings with superior communication prowess.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex machinery challenges.
• Qualifications: Either an Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or a solid five years’ experience.
• Thorough understanding of LOTO and general safe work protocols.
• Preference for proficiency in Rockwell software, PLCs, and significant TPM exposure.
