Job Summary:
As an Email Marketing Specialist at Creative Chaos, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive conversions. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to create compelling email content, design visually appealing templates, and monitor campaign performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery

• Design and optimize visually appealing email templates

• Manage and maintain the email marketing database

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve email effectiveness

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives

• Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with email marketing innovations

• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and tools
• Proficient in HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
