We are actively hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our live marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement at in-person events. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals eager to start a career in event planning, fundraising, sales, brand promotions , or marketing .
You’ll work alongside an experienced team and contribute directly to the success of interactive campaigns for a nationally recognized client. No prior experience is required — we offer comprehensive training , hands-on learning, and mentorship to set you up for success.
Support the day-to-day execution of live events, pop-up activations, and brand promotions
Engage with customers in-person and provide a welcoming, informative experience
Act as a liaison between clients and the public to ensure positive customer interactions
Assist in achieving event goals related to brand awareness , customer outreach , and fundraising
Share creative ideas to improve event flow, performance, and satisfaction
Respond to customer questions with professionalism and provide effective solutions
Collect customer feedback and help track campaign performance metrics
Participate in team strategy meetings, training sessions, and field-based learning
Continuously develop skills in communication, organization, and customer service
Interest in marketing , event coordination , customer service , or sales
No prior experience needed – full training provided
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
