Position: Epic Cupid Analyst

Position Summary:
A certified Epic Cupid Analyst to support a short-term initiative focused on enhancing, customizing, and optimizing the Epic Cupid module. The primary objective is to reduce the current request backlog by 40% through strategic improvements and workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Epic Cupid Enhancements: Lead and support the design, build, testing, and deployment of enhancements within the Epic Cupid module.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline documentation and procedural workflows, reducing manual effort and improving system usability.
Third-Party Integration: Ensure seamless integration with cardiology systems such as Epiphany (ECG management) and hemodynamic systems (e.g., GE Sensis, Philips Xper).
Project Work: Handle small-scale projects (2 3 hours each) independently, contributing to backlog reduction.
Structured Reporting: Support structured reporting initiatives, including mapping and registry transitions (e.g., CathPCI).

Required Qualifications:
Epic Cupid Certification (must be current)
Experience with both invasive and non-invasive cardiology workflows
Strong background in third-party cardiology applications (Epiphany, hemodynamic systems)
Proficiency in structured reporting, data mapping, and registry transitions

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Mac Lab/Cardio Lab (nice to have)
Familiarity with ticketing systems for request tracking
Prior experience supporting Epic Go-Lives and optimization projects at large health systems
