Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of demolition and excavation projects, including site preparation, permitting, and coordination with subcontractors.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct site visits and monitor field operations to ensure work quality and safety standards are met.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and local officials.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
Lead and mentor field staff and subcontractor teams.
Manage risk, troubleshoot challenges, and implement timely solutions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on demolition and excavation .
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
OSHA 30 certification.
Experience with heavy equipment operations and logistics planning.
