Join a dedicated team for the Winter 2025-2026 season as a Seasonal Snow Plow Operator/Driver. This role is essential in ensuring safe and accessible conditions for clients throughout the winter months. Operators & Drivers will use company-provided equipment to clear snow and apply salt, playing a vital part in maintaining the safety and satisfaction of clients during challenging weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate company-supplied snow plows and salt spreading equipment to clear snow and ice from client properties according to specified parameters
- Ensure all work meets client expectations and company standards for quality and safety
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work outdoors in extreme winter weather conditions for extended periods
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
- Remain on-call, especially during early morning hours, to respond promptly to snow and ice events
Qualifications
- REQUIRED Valid driver's license and ability to be insured to operate company vehicles and equipment
- Previous experience operating snow plows and salt spreading equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in harsh winter conditions
Compensation
$35 per hour for Experienced Plow Operators & Drivers
