Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Shipside Operations Specialist to support F-15 Manufacturing Integration in Berkeley, MO.

This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, that works together to meet our customers' needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists with activities across F-15 program to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Provides limited feedback on assessment results
  • Supports the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
  • Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance
  • Reviews products for sound judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
  • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
  • Represents the organization on specific projects
  • Uses technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
  • Analyzes and interprets data
  • Facilitates ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing
  • 3+ years' experience working in operations analysis
  • 3+ years' experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
  • 3+ years' experience working in a multi-functional team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience working on a Fighter Program

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $72,250 – $97,750
