Job Description

Female Native Kindergarten Homeroom teacher needed in Nanshan Area, Shenzhen City, Guangdong province for Aug.
Metro station: Metro Line 1, Baishizhou station, exit D.10 minutes by foot. Metro Line2, Hongshuwan station, exit D.10 minutes by foot.
Students age:3-5 years old, Class size:15-20 students,
We have the other 3 Chinese teachers in each classroom,
Working hours: 8:10-12:10,13:10-17:10 during Mon to Fri.
Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences.
2.Design coherent instruction and engage students in learning.
3.Manage classroom procedures and student behavior.
4. Create an environment of respect and collaboration.
5. Prepare and maintain classroom learning environment, such as teaching materials and decoration.
6. Document students' learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning.
7. Participate in school-wide teaching activities.
8. Support for and communication with parents.
