We are looking for a professional looking to build and lead a team of fertilizer technicians that can service our approximate 100 commercial condominium clients; and help us develop with the help of our ownership and leadership, the processes, and systems to scale the business for explosive growth.
This position requires the candidate to be capable to diagnose and treat commercial properties for pest or plant nuisance problems. We use mainly granular products for fertilization with applications being administered with Z-spray ride-on spreaders. Knowledge of this equipment and treatment options available for common pest problems is a must-have capability.
We are always looking to expand our programs to cover more of our customer’s needs. We will give extra consideration to applicants with the necessary certifications and experience to expand our fertilization department into other areas such as tree or waterway treatments.
This position requires the ability to work full-time (five days per week, minimum of eight to ten hours per day) with extended workdays and weekend work when treatment applications require fast response or weather conditions permit.
Year-round, full-time position is available for persons with snow removal and ice management experience (or an interest in learning) during the winter season.

2 or more years’ experience
Must have the following certifications- Core, 3A, 3B, 6
Ability to work independently, trouble shoot, diagnose, and treat pest problems in the field
Ability to document all treatments and enter them into our customer management software
Ability to interact with and up-sell customers based on their needs
Have good customer service skills, be trustworthy and self-motivated
Dependability and ability to hire and teach others in the field
Time management skills
Pride in all aspects of work from diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up to ensure treatment success while maintaining the Company’s Core Values and being a part of the Company’s Leadership Team
A valid driver’s license and a positive attitude are required
