Fleet Scheduling Coordinator – Louisville, KY
zTrip, the largest taxi transportation company in North America, operating in 38 cities nationwide, is seeking an experienced Fleet Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Louisville, KY. Hours: Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM
Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Scheduling Coordinator:
- Fleet Dispatching: Effectively coordinate and dispatch fleet vehicles to meet customer demand.
- Driver Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, customers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule Management: Develop and oversee driver schedules to ensure optimal fleet coverage and timely service.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly respond to operational challenges, emergencies, or last-minute changes.
- Operational Tracking: Accurately document scheduling activities, vehicle movements, and service logs.
- Customer Support: Deliver outstanding service to customers and ensure high satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all scheduling and dispatch activities follow company policies and relevant transportation regulations.

Qualifications:
