Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This role combines guest service responsibilities with night audit duties to ensure smooth hotel operations and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities: Greet, check in, and check out guests in a professional and friendly manner Handle reservations, switchboard operations, and guest inquiries Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions during night audit Review, organize, and compile daily management reports accurately and on time Ensure accuracy of guest billing and city ledger transactions Communicate concerns or operational issues to management Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Requirements: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and flexible shifts Fluent in English (spoken and written) Basic computer skills required Basic mathematics skills required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work independently Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred (not required) Additional Information: Two weeks of paid training provided Work schedule ranges from 36 to 72 hours per week Competitive pay
