Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, coaching, and education to expatriates and business unit managers and employees about the Corporation's expatriate tax program
- Explain tax equalization policies and procedures, resolve cases, and work with the Corporation's tax assistance firm to complete tax equalization settlements
- Develop, review, and maintain the authorization list for tax services
- Research discrepancies in compensation, decide resolution, and communicate that decision to the tax assistance firm
- Manage inquiries from expatriates or business units and close them with a high degree of quality and responsiveness
- Oversee the work of the tax assistance firm providing host country payroll and withholding
- Manage tax receivables incurred by the Corporation's expatriates, collect the receivables, and remit them to the business units
- Ensure communication of regular updates and messages that inform and educate expatriates about U.S. and foreign taxes while promoting compliance with Lockheed Martin corporate policies observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during and after production.
