Job Description

Compensation: $20 – $22/hr
Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance offered
Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Work Model: 100% onsite, Monday–Friday

LaSalle Network is excited to bring on a Help Desk Technician for a growing team that values collaboration, problem-solving and strong communication. This contract Help Desk Technician will support a major hardware upgrade effort and provide daily hands-on troubleshooting for onsite users. What’s the job?

  • Deploy, replace and configure 200+ laptops for on-site users

  • Image devices and set up software configurations

  • Assist with Office 365 administration and user permissions

  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS issues

  • Support data migrations and OneDrive transitions

  • Build strong rapport with plant managers and on-site teams

  • Maintain hardware inventory and order equipment when needed

  • Document configurations and troubleshooting procedures

What’s needed?

  • Experience imaging and deploying desktops/laptops

  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS

  • Hands-on O365 admin experience

  • Knowledge of Active Directory

  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced environment
