We’re actively seeking a skilled and motivated Histotechnologist / Histology Technician to join a collaborative and innovative team that’s redefining excellence in diagnostic care.

2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM

What You’ll Do:
In this key role, you’ll contribute directly to patient care by preparing high-quality tissue slides for microscopic evaluation. Your responsibilities will include:
Embedding, sectioning, and staining tissue specimens for routine H&E and special stains
Performing and documenting preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments
Troubleshooting issues with processing, embedding, cutting, and staining procedures
Operating safely in an environment with biological and chemical hazards
Upholding quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and lab safety standards
Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
Graduation from a NAACLS-accredited Histotechnology program
ASCP (HT or HTL) certification required
Experience:
At least 2 years of histology experience in a high-complexity lab environment
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Proficiency with lab instruments, including microtomes, stainers, microscopes, and computers
Comfortable working independently and in a team-based environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $28–$38/hour (commensurate with experience)
