Job Title: Home Care Nurse – Dementia & Parkinson’s Care
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Schedule: 7 Days a Week | 12-Hour Shifts |care such as
tube feeding and
wound care .
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Home Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a patient in Bonita Springs, FL. This is a long-term case requiring daily coverage (7 days/week) with 12-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate, personalized care to a patient with Dementia and Parkinson’s.
- Administer medication and monitor for side effects or changes in condition.
- Manage feeding tube care (enteral nutrition), including administration and maintenance.
- Perform wound care , dressing changes, and infection prevention.
- Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor vital signs and overall health condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and collaborate with family members and care team.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.

- Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
- Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas
- Clear Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)
- Current In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted)
- Negative TB Test Result
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
