**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct intake visits to assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform periodic care plan visits to ensure ongoing client support and satisfaction.
- Facilitate medication setup visits to assist clients in managing their medications safely.
- Train and supervise aides in providing elder care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Maintain clear communication with the care team to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Conduct client satisfaction visits to gather feedback and improve service quality.
- Manage daily administrative duties, including visit reviews and approvals.
