POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Housekeeper at Beachwoods Resort , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas throughout the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. Full-time and Part-time positions available - Weekends Required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean assigned areas of the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms
• Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: Up to $18

HHS also offers per room clean pay / piece rate.
