Your Impact as a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor In this role, you will: * Lead the Team: Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols. * Schedule Efficiently: Plan department schedules in line with census and labor budget requirements. * Manage Inventory: Order and maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies while staying within budget. * Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and oversee duties such as mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disinfecting to maintain a sanitary environment. * Inspect and Monitor: Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper sanitation, infection control, and adherence to cleanliness standards. * Train Staff: Provide job-specific training and enforce proper laundry and cleaning techniques to prevent infection and maintain hygiene. * Support Operations: Stock supply rooms and oversee the consistent delivery of clean linen and personal laundry.
