Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address maintenance risks on HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems while performing warranty services.
• Clean condensate lines and maintain condenser and evaporator coils.
• Clear drain pans and ensure proper drainage line functionality.
• Learn to sell ancillary products, such as indoor air quality solutions, with training and support provided to develop your sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Eagerness to learn and develop upselling skills.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, twist, bend, and carry 60-70 lbs
• Previous experience in residential HVAC or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces.
• Strong time management skills.
