HVAC Service Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of technicians for timely resolution of service calls.
- Prepare and distribute job packets to ensure technicians have the necessary information.
- Address and solve errors quickly to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Communicate updates and changes to relevant personnel via text or phone.
- Provide effective support to company staff and uphold our professional reputation.
- Manage and verify HRIS timekeeping for all field personnel, ensuring accuracy in entries.
- Collaborate with payroll specialists and compile reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure organized and secure work environments, adhering to policies and maintaining safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; background in mechanical contracting preferred.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and records management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply company policies, ensuring compliance with safety and attendance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and problem-solve.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other office software.
