Mechanical Service Manager - Technician ( $150K total package )
- High school diploma or GED required; mechanical contracting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and records management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a one-on-one setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to oversee and approve employee work hours accurately and assist in timekeeping tasks.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel for compiling detailed reports.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
