Position Overview

Join our dynamic team in Salem, OR as an Inside Sales Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts within the ever-evolving cybersecurity industry. You will be at the forefront of our innovative solutions, working closely with a dedicated team of technicians and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to secure and empower businesses. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 4-6 technicians to exceed sales targets and enhance customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within a 30-mile radius.
  • Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.io to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs using Google Analytics to inform sales strategies.
  • Foster relationships with new and existing clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity and cloud security solutions to potential and current clients.
  • Participate in industry-focused training to continually enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably within the security software industry.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Google Analytics Certification.
  • Proficiency in using sales technologies such as Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Ability to travel locally within a 30-mile radius to meet with clients and support sales initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional certifications in Salesforce and Google Analytics are a plus.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products and identity management solutions.
  • Experience in leading small teams and driving sales growth in a technology-driven environment.
