We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Junior Brand Manager to join our growing promotional marketing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity with full training provided and a clear path for career advancement.
Assist in developing and executing promotional brand strategies
Represent clients through brand promotions and in-person events
Support event planning and setup with merchandising and sales materials
Recruit and train new team members for branding campaigns
Evaluate weekly and monthly performance data to optimize results
Participate in weekly team meetings, strategy sessions, and training
Leadership experience (formal or informal – team captain, club officer, etc.)
Background in customer service, retail, sales, or event marketing (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a passion for brand development
Ability to work independently and in a team
Reliable transportation and availability for occasional travel
