Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our data science team. In this role, you will support data analysis, build predictive models, and help derive insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

Build and validate predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven solutions.

Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production.

Stay up to date with the latest data science tools, techniques, and best practices.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new data science projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role (internships or academic projects included).

Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or big data tools is a plus.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Coursework or projects involving machine learning or AI.
