Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours a week. Employee Paid Group Benefits Offered: Health/Dental/Vision. Paid Time Off per Year: Up to 80 hours per year, occurring on day one. Summary of Duties A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians. LPNs play a vital role in patient care by monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and supporting patients with daily activities in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and home healthcare settings. Mandatory Qualifications Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred. Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program. Must hold a current LPN license for the state of New Mexico. Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certified, in accordance with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. **Copies of all certifications and resume must be forwarded to careers@fidelitypartners.org . Duties/Responsibilities: Strong clinical and observational skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Monitor and record patients vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration). Administer prescribed medications and injections. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Change dressings, insert catheters, and assist with wound care. Collect samples for lab testing and perform basic diagnostic tests. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to RNs and physicians. Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
