Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate order processing, and timely shipments. You'll work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate point-of-sale (POS) orders by allocating stock and issuing warehouse instructions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- File claims/refunds for damaged or missing inventory.
- Batch and upload orders into the ERP system.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues.
- Prepare and review commercial shipping documentation.
- Quote and coordinate shipments via truck, sea, and air.
- Review carrier invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide timely shipment status updates to stakeholders.
- Create FedEx/DHL labels and manage digital SKU assets in Dropbox.
- Perform other logistics-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics or supply chain coordination .
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience with export/import processes.
- Solid background in inventory management and basic financial reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
