LOGICTICS MANAGER
Receive and process customer orders via email, fax, or EDI/customer portals
Enter and track orders in SAP; issue delivery and invoice documents
Maintain and update customer files (quotations, purchase orders, etc.)
Monitor shipments and delivery schedules, ensuring on-time delivery
Provide direct feedback to customers regarding order status, changes, or issues
Manage claims, complaints, and identify new business opportunities
Ensure timely and complete reception of import documents from purchasing and carriers
Coordinate with customs brokers to prepare and validate customs declarations
Plan and oversee export shipments, returnable packaging (spools), and related documentation
Archive all import/export documentation digitally (Partage) and physically
Communicate with accounting regarding invoices and customs documentation
Monitor material delivery to ensure uninterrupted production
Coordinate SOUMISSION and SN declarations with forwarding agents
Lead WMS system implementation and provide user training
Act as the local point of contact for WMS issues and audits
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with procedures
Track KPIs and prepare activity reports for upper management
Strong understanding of industrial logistics and supply chain processes
Hands-on experience in SAP and advanced Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High sense of organization, autonomy, and stress-resistance
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset
Knowledge of customs and international trade regulations is a strong plus
Experience in the automotive industry is a major advantage
