Daily building & grounds checks
Repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, appliances)
Preventative maintenance (HVAC, lighting, safety systems)
Support fire safety & emergency preparedness
Keep common areas safe and well-maintained
Experience in maintenance/trades preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong communication & teamwork skills
Respectful, safety-conscious, and resident-focused
✅ Must pass fingerprint & background clearance
✅ TB test & health screening
✅ First Aid/CPR certification
✅ 18 years or older
