Job Description

We are seeking nine (9) Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) to join the Laboratory Department in Welch, WV. This is an exciting opportunity to support critical healthcare services with a skilled and dedicated team.

Key Details

• Start Date: Tentatively scheduled for August 25, 2025 .
• Schedule: Night shifts and some weekends may be required . Flexibility is a plus.
• Experience Required: Minimum of one (1) year as a Medical Laboratory Technician.

Requirements

• Active West Virginia Clinical Laboratory Technician Licensure and Certification
• WV CARES Registry Clearance (fingerprint-based background check)
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Drug and Alcohol Testing

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and support overall lab operations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver accurate and timely results.
