Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and Documentation:
- Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), prospectus, and other related documents.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Customer Coordination:
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Open Offer and Valuations:
- Manage open offer processes, including drafting letters of offer, filing with regulatory authorities, and ensuring compliance.
- Conduct valuations of companies, assets, or securities.
4. Other Merchant Banking Activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant banking, capital markets, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with document drafting, customer coordination, and deal management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital market products.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
