You are a collaborative team player who loves working cross-functionally to bring great ideas to life. A Day in the Life:
  • Support the Footwear Merchandising VP & Director on the seasonal merchandising strategy for footwear, from concept through Go-to-market.
  • Help create and manage the line plan, pricing architecture, competitive analysis and product briefs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Design and Product Development to ensure collections are aligned with brand vision, pricing strategy, and market demand.
  • Analyze footwear trends, sales data, and competitive landscape to inform product direction.
  • Identify key items, core/carryover styles, and new opportunities within the line.
  • Support the go-to-market process including pricing, positioning, and style/SKU counts.
  • Own merchandising tools (PLM lead) and systems, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date, teach & lead the team on PLM
  • Present seasonal assortments, selling deep dives, classification analysis and support markdown meetings as needed.
  • Drive category alignment with calendar to meet key timelines/milestones
  • Lead feedback calls with regional business units to better understand regional selling and product feedback.
  • Support & lead special capsule projects which may include presentation creation using Excel and/or PowerPoint including the finalization of presentations and other documents
  • Strong Presentation skills to explain the collection to the business units
To Land This Role:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related area preferred
  • 5+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in footwear
  • Strong product intuition and understanding of market and trend dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to partner effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PLM systems, and merchandising tools.

Compensation RangeThe compensation range for this position is 95,000.00 USD - 115,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
