Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position Location: North Adams, MA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x8s Pay: $2365/week Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve greater independence. The OT will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support recovery and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and dedicated to rehabilitation excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals. * Provide therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques to enhance daily living skills. * Educate patients and families on exercises, equipment use, and home programs. * Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care.
