Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch drivers
• Ensures the branch achieves financial goals aligned with company and client expectations
• Improves operational efficiency and leads the development of accurate / realistic forecasts
• Interprets policies, procedures, and guidelines while upholding compliance to ensure consistent application within the district
• Assists in the scheduling and coordination of new installations
• Abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable
• Inventory control practices, driving improvements in stock accuracy and shrink reduction
• Optimizing planograms for improved product placement and category performance
• Ensure action plans are developed and implemented to improve SSS/control V-9 (food waste, o/s, etc.)
• Drive compliance to merchandising standards
• Assess employee’s performance through audit reports
• Perform Route Driver position, when needed, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products, fill and maintain vending related equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
• A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record
• Route management, retail and merchandising
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Food & beverage experience
• Capable of fostering clear and open communication
• Must be passionate about providing premier service to our clients and customers
• The ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
