Schedule

• 3rd shift: 10PM - 7:30AM
• Monday - Friday
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate

• $19.50 / hour

Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Order Picker with Cherry Picker forklift experience to join our night shift team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced warehouse environments and prioritize safety, accuracy, and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker lift) to retrieve items from elevated racks.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist with inventory movement, storage, and basic cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain consistent productivity and accuracy during night shift operations.
• Support warehouse team in achieving daily operational goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve order discrepancies.

Job Requirements  

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Cherry Picker forklift (Order Picker lift).
• Ability to work night shifts with consistent stamina and performance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving warehouse.
