• High quality FFS Only practice with hundreds of 4.9 – 5-star Goole reviews
• Facilities are beautiful & well-appointed with state-of-the-art equipment. PSP digital radiography. Cloud based pedo & ortho PMS. SOAN/Sleeper One etc.
• Highly Trained staff are very efficient, allowing doctors to be very productive. 25 member support team prides themselves on collaborating amazing dental care.
• Flexible Schedule. Prefer 4 days and open to 5. No evenings or weekends. Be in control of your days!
• Mentorship for the recent grad or autonomy for the experienced doctor
• Comprehensive Benefits including Health insurance, Generous CE support, malpractice, membership dues & 401K etc. Flexible on exact package depending on what is important to you.
• No arbitrary production goals . Earnings depend on how many days and how hard a doctor wants to work & their abilities.
• Excellent income opportunity Higher of a Daily guaranteed range $1,300 – $1,500 based on experience and abilities or 35% – 40% % of adjusted net production. Whichever is higher.

Requirements: DDS or DMD licensed (or ability to obtain licensure) to practice in WI. Pediatric Dental Certification. Caring, positive and patient attitude. Strong work ethic & excellent clinical and communication skills.
