The QTI Group is partnering with a leading print organization to recruit a skilled Print Supervisor for their 1st Shift operations. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both production excellence and team development.

As the Print Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive workflow improvements, and mentor a talented team—all while ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily digital print and pre-press operations to ensure timely, high-quality output
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot production issues as they arise
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of print professionals
• Monitor workflows and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements
• Coordinate maintenance and service for print and pre-press equipment
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and client expectations
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
• Manage departmental budgets including materials, labor, and operational costs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a print production environment
• 3+ years of leadership experience in print or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of pre-press operations (file prep, color matching, layout) and digital print equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to balance production goals with team development
