Tasks include but are not limited to management of daily ordered medical and therapy interventions, medication administration and feeding through G-tube and assistance with all ADLs within the clients integrated family home. Day shift tasks also include transportation to and from medical and therapy appointments and community activities (in patient's vehicle). Day and evening shifts available.
