Engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance our clients' strategic objectives. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is mandatory. A minimum of three years of relevant, transferable legal experience in real estate transactions. Demonstrated expertise in the legal intricacies of mixed-use, residential, or hospitality development projects.
