At  Ampersand Therapy , we’re committed to fostering a positive work environment while making a real difference in schools. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a School RBT position for the remainder of the 25-26 School Year. 

Job Details:

• Must have a valid RBT certification through BACB
• Experience working in schools with high-needs students preferred
• In-person candidates only
• Provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions for a student in a special education classroom.

Ampersand Therapy empowers you to serve your students! We're a small company that started in Western WA and has grown to additional states, including NC, CO, OR, AZ, IL, and MN. We are proud to be women, minority, and therapist owned and run. We began our own careers working in the districts and also as contractors. We sought to create an alternative to working with big staffing companies. The result is a small team of like-minded specialists who are striving to create a company that we would want to work for.
