### **About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive **Remote Listing & Marketing Specialist** to support our property management and leasing operations. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing property listings across platforms such as the **MLS**, **Zillow**, **Rently**, and other rental advertising channels. In addition to listing tasks, the specialist will play a vital role in marketing strategy, branding consistency, and lead-generation initiatives.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Create and manage property listings** across MLS, Zillow, Rently, and additional rental platforms.
* **Upload and organize photos**, videos, walkthroughs, and descriptions to ensure listings are accurate, appealing, and competitive.
* **Optimize listing descriptions** by highlighting key features, amenities, pricing, and neighborhood information.
* **Monitor listing performance** and update pricing, availability, or details as needed.
* **Ensure compliance** with MLS rules, platform guidelines, and fair housing regulations.
* **Coordinate with property managers** to gather property details, verify information, and ensure listing accuracy.
* **Assist with content creation**, including property descriptions, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and social media posts.
* **Communicate with prospective tenants** through digital channels to respond to inquiries, schedule viewings through Rently, and direct leads to leasing staff.
* **Maintain a consistent brand image** across all listing platforms and marketing materials.
* **Track metrics** such as listing views, engagement, rental traffic, and report results to management.
### **Qualifications**
* Experience with listing properties on **MLS, Zillow, Rently**, or similar property advertising platforms.
* Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and online listing optimization.
* Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft compelling property descriptions.
* Basic knowledge of photography editing and visual presentation is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple listings at once.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM systems, property management software, Gmail/Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and social media platforms.
### **Preferred Experience**
* Background in real estate, leasing, property management, or digital marketing.
* Knowledge of fair housing rules and advertising guidelines.
* Experience with lead management or leasing support.
