About the Role
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business leaders by understanding their needs
- Transform client visions into detailed estimates balancing quality and value
- Manage your own schedule of appointments across local neighborhoods
- Create accurate measurements and project scopes with your eye for detail
- Find solutions that fit our customers' budgets
- Collaborate with painting teams to ensure project success
- Represent our commitment to quality in every interaction
- Develop relationships with designers and contractors for referrals
- Ensure clear expectations between crews and customers
Qualifications and Previous Experience
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience
- Background in residential services or trades industries preferred
- Painting experience highly valued
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic technology tools
- Experience with project estimation or scope development preferred
- Knowledge of Pasadena area and local market beneficial
- Conversational Spanish a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
