About the Role

• Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business leaders by understanding their needs
• Transform client visions into detailed estimates balancing quality and value
• Manage your own schedule of appointments across local neighborhoods
• Create accurate measurements and project scopes with your eye for detail
• Find solutions that fit our customers' budgets
• Collaborate with painting teams to ensure project success
• Represent our commitment to quality in every interaction
• Develop relationships with designers and contractors for referrals
• Ensure clear expectations between crews and customers

Qualifications and Previous Experience

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience
• Background in residential services or trades industries preferred
• Painting experience highly valued
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with basic technology tools
• Experience with project estimation or scope development preferred
• Knowledge of Pasadena area and local market beneficial
• Conversational Spanish a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
