Job Title: Senior Personal Banker

 

Location: Dallas, TX

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4PM - 35 hours per week TEMP

 

Pay: $21.00+/hour DOE

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to other branches and departments as needed. This role strives to deliver excellent customer service to the bank’s internal and external customers.

  • Answer phone for any incoming calls, maintain service levels emphasizing service or product features and benefit.

  • Reach out by phone, email and/or mail to ensure all customer related inquiries received via mail, email is clearly documented upon receipt as assigned.

  • Open New Account Enrollments in JHA- mail out Welcome Packets for new Customers, process Account Maintenance and Perform Customer Identification through OFAC/CIP verification process for account opening (new enrollment). Capturing of accurate and complete information

  • Research customer questions regarding electronic funds transfers and initiate “Reg E” disputes when appropriate, including the completion of all necessary documents and affidavits

  • Relate customer requests for service charge rebates to the assistant vice president and vice president of

  • operations.

  • Process necessary paperwork to rebate customer service charges.

  • Verify information on ATM/debit card applications to the information in customer database. Send exceptions to personal banking counselors for corrections.

  • Update the system with messages regarding ATM/debit cards and service charge rebates.

  • Perform customer requested research, including printing statement and check copies.

  • Input, maintain and/ or delete ATM and debit cards within system.

  • Transfer funds to cover customer overdrafts as directed by bank operations.

  • Notify the research and adjustment coordinator of required adjustments as reported by customers.

  • Other duties as needed

 

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma Required

  • 1+ years of experience in banking industry including ACH, payment processing, data entry and customer service

  • Soft credit check required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), required
